Cassandra has been designing and building homes for nearly 20 years and is the co-founder of 3 design and construction based businesses. Her work has been widely recognized and been featured on HGTV and in countless magazines and publications, both international and domestic. She’s also received several design awards across the United States and Canada, was named one of the top 50 innovators in the industry, and was one of the original Top 30 Under 30 leaders in the industry. She has been named a Game Changer by the Universal Women’s Network, for forging a new path within the industry.

Cassandra made the 2016, W100 list in Canadian Business Magazine as one of the top 100 female entrepreneurs in Canada and she’s also been recognized by PROFIT Magazine for leading Canada’s fourth fastest growing company in construction and consumer services and one of the country’s top new growth companies.

Cassandra is a firm believer that good design can change the way people live and that creating homes that are our personal sanctuaries has an enormous benefit to our overall well-being.

Cassandra enjoys educating others about the transformative power of well-designed interiors and has leant her knowledge by creating Interior Design curriculum for Ontario Colleges, as well as writing regularly on design and renovations for newspapers and magazines. Cassandra also speaks at industry events across North America, lending her unique perspective whenever she can.

From the initial point of contact, through each stage of construction leading up to move-in day, you’re in good hands with Patrick.

For over 15 years, Patrick has been building beautiful homes and strong relationships. He has extensive construction and renovation experience, including co-founding William Standen Co.™, a popular local home renovation business.

Since co-founding Nordell Homes with Cassandra Nordell in 2006, Patrick has been excitedly building homes for people in the Sarnia region—and those who want to move to this attractive community. His work speaks for itself. His construction teams have been awarded over a dozen awards, winning over countless homeowners across Ontario.

Detail-oriented and committed to his craft, Patrick’s love of working with people shines through in his daily dealings. He provides exceptional customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. People often turn to him for in-depth knowledge of sustainable design and building methods. He measures his success by the long list of positive client testimonials that Nordell Homes has acquired over the years (achieving a 96% client satisfaction rate).

Meticulous and skillful, Paul is a vital part of Nordell Homes’ construction and project management team. As our site supervisor and project manager, he oversees our hard-working construction team, encouraging everyone to bring their best every day.

Paul’s leadership instills trust and careful craftmanship in all our projects. He prides himself on being obsessive about the details of every house in which he and his crew does work. Why? Because he strives for happy homeowners.

His role at Nordell Homes affords Paul a multifaceted position that allows him to wear multiple (hard) hats, including cabinet maker and installer, carpenter, and team leader. He excels in all these areas, inspiring others to master their respective crafts. He isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty to get the job done right. From laying out specs to electrical to plumbing to custom cabinetry, Paul does it all.

To say that Paul is talented is an understatement. His analytical mindset melds perfectly with his creativity and his desire to please. After construction is considered complete, Paul swoops in for quality assurance, leaving no stone unturned.
